1. Return and Refund Policy
At TrendPulse, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, we are here to help.
Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:
• Item is unused and in its original condition
• Item is in the original packaging with all tags attached
• Item is not marked as a final sale or non-returnable product
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Intimate apparel, swimwear, and undergarments for hygiene reasons
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at returns trendpulsework@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at trendpulsework@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and we will make it right at no cost to you.
